Thank you for using the Milk Dairy Pro mobile application (the “App”). The App is developed and maintained by MyB21 (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

We do not collect sensitive personal data without your consent. To provide dairy management services, the App displays the following information provided by your Dairy Administrator:
- Account Information: Name, Member ID, and mobile number required to identify you within the dairy system.
- Milk Data: Daily milk collection records, FAT, SNF, rates, and total amounts.
- Deduction Data: Any advances, purchases, or deductions recorded by the dairy.
2. How We Use the Information
The information is strictly used for the following purposes:
- To display your daily milk collection and payment history accurately.
- To generate digital summary cards and reports for your reference.
- To send important notifications (such as daily receipts or dairy announcements) using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is securely stored on our servers at myb21.com. We use standard security protocols to protect your information from unauthorized access. The App only displays data authorized by the Dairy Administrator.
4. Device Permissions
The App may request the following device permissions:
- Storage / Gallery: To save the digital summary card as an image on your device.
- Notifications: To deliver daily milk receipts and alerts.
- Internet: To sync data with the dairy’s central server.
5. Data Deletion and Your Rights
Since this App is an extension of the local dairy’s management system, if you wish to delete your account or correct your data, you must contact your local Dairy Administrator directly. They have the complete authority to modify or delete your records from the central WordPress system.
