1. Purpose of the App

Milk Dairy Pro is a management and reporting tool designed to help farmers and dairy administrators track daily milk collections, calculate payments based on FAT/SNF, and manage deductions. The App serves as a digital passbook.

2. Accuracy of Data

All data displayed in the App (including milk weight, FAT, SNF, rates, and deductions) is entered and managed by your local Dairy Administrator via the central WordPress system. MyB21 is not responsible for any human errors, miscalculations, or disputes arising from incorrect data entry by the dairy staff.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your Member ID and PIN secure.
• You must use the App only for its intended purpose and not attempt to manipulate or hack the App’s system.
• Any disputes regarding payments or milk records must be resolved directly with your local Dairy Administrator.

4. Service Availability

We strive to keep the App and its servers running smoothly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may occasionally be down for maintenance or due to internet connectivity issues.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
